As described by the Washington State Department of Licensing, Washington state will suspend your license after your DUI arrest, starting from 30 days after you are arrested and lasting anywhere from 90 days to two years. If you’re convicted of DUI, you may also have your license suspended for an additional 90 days to four years. The court may also impose other requirements to restore your driver’s license.
