"This is my first dui(without injury...i was parked, standing outside of my car when the cop approached me and told me i hav2 big eyes. I reaponded tnat yes,i hear that a lot, to which he replied: "no. I think you're drunk.'" Taken aback, I repeatedly offered to do whatever test he wanted even asked to do a breathalyzer.. hour lateri was finally allowws to so whicg Boqwz nthink the officwr sakdand it was only my prescribed meds in my system which their own tox lab clearly states none of which would have caused impairment...this entire ordeal has been absolutely baffling! I was never court ordered to install an IID and my charge isn't even alcohol related so this has been ridiculous to say the least! My attorney was even more shocked than myself upon learning the dld wants me to install this device, especially for such a long duration! "
