"I had called to make an appointment to schedule the installation for my interlock device and unfortunately the shop I was originally scheduled to go to didn’t have the physical hardware in their inventory, however after calling with one of the rescheduling representatives (Marissa I believe?) I was able to get rescheduled for the same original schedule date with another shop in Kentucky that did in fact have the parts and she was very helpful in getting into contact with a new shop to confirm they did in fact have the parts, and I’m very grateful for her help. She was very kind and even complimented my name which totally made the whole interaction very enjoyable and pleasant. If all goes well I’ll be able to go in tomorrow morning and have the device installed thanks to her! "
