Coming from the old location at 2804 Commerce Rd get onto North Marine Blvd and head towards downtown Jacksonvile. Stay on Hwy 17 Buisness and do not get onto the bypass. Continue for 2.4 miles. Once you cross the New River Bridge go to the second red light. Our location is next to Autozone on the right. Stay straight at the light and it will be the first entrence on the right. Shop entrance is around the back of the building in the door labled Suite 2. Comming from the Sneads Ferry/ Holly Ridge area: Stay in the left lane and take the Hwy 17 North Business exit and continue straight unitl you see the U-Haul storage buildings. The location will between the Holiday Cars and Truck and AutoZone on the left. Shop entrance is around the back of the building in the door labled Suite 2. Coming from the South West/Richlands area get onto Hwy 258 and head towards the New River bridge. Once you turn onto Hwy 17 heading twards the bridge, the location will between the Holiday Cars and Truck and AutoZone on the left. Shop entrance is around the back of the building in the door labled Suite 2.

Once you have scheduled your Ignition Interlock Device (IID) installation with Smart Start, you will need to bring the following to your IID installation appointment in North Carolina:

Two valid forms of identification—one of which should include a photo of you.
Proof of residence.
Any and all court documents that may be relevant to your Ignition Interlock Device requirement or your restricted driving period.
Vehicle registration. If you do not own the vehicle on which you’re installing the Ignition Interlock Device, or if that vehicle is not registered to you, you will need to bring a letter of permission from the registered owner stating that you are allowed to install an Ignition Interlock Device on the vehicle.
The vehicle on which you’ll be installing an Ignition Interlock Device (IID).
