"These 5 stars go to Rashina, she was easy to have a actual conversation with, but I am a little concerned now because I was about to download the app,and the reviews were not great, and they were pretty similar to the ones on this review page, I go to the lower reviews first because the give a little more detailed experience other than saying everything was perfect or best place ever as the good reviews typically are, but reading over the comments on the 3 or less star ranges they were all preaching similar experiences, like being over charged or having faulty equipment being installed on the vehicle or told free roadside service but being charged in desperate situations,,🤔,, but I could also spot out that some comments were coming from people that may have been not capable of common sense,, 🤫,, But as far as right now goes I wanna thank you Rashina for actually taking the time to get the information that I had questions about, and we probably talked for 30min with no frustration from either one and you never once mentioned a up front fee ,🙌,, Wait tho,,I mean that in a good way because you're obvious goal was to help me first and not push charges on me ,and even when you mentioned the charge you asked if it was something I'd be interested in going with,,🫡,, I just hope I can continue to be treated with good customer service as you have presented, I will be contacting the shop before my appointment just to be sure that they honor everything that you provided me with, 👌,, Thanks again Rashina,,"
