"The young lady I spoke to was so polite and very friendly. Made me fill very comfortable with the process of how this would work. I would like for her to get the recognition and credit for doing an outstanding job. Having such good customer service these days is very hard to find . You have an employee that cares about other people but also gives a hundred percent in sailing a service to the unfortunate ones who got into a mess. I’m very sorry I don’t remember her name. But I do remember here saying that she was from the Elpaso Texas."

"This was all very new to me but because every detail was explained throughly, it was a snap for me to understand. Smart Start customer service was the best I've had in a very long time. They were very kind, understanding, very patient, and never judged me.
They worked with me so I could afford the cost.
My appointment was worry free since they did this for me. I was also scheduled to a place that wasn't too far away from where I live which was a blessing.
