"Unfortunately I do not recall the name of the woman who scheduled my appointment, after some confusion or system failure (I'd called to schedule the day before but it didn't go through), but she was able to fix the issue quickly and was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. If SmartStart can figure out who scheduled my appointment, give her a raise! Having to deal with getting an IID is already a terrible pain and the whole situation is extremely stressful but she made it as easy as it could possibly be while being very sweet. Rare above and beyond customer service for a phone call. Although not everyone I dealt with was able to help and I was put on hold and transferred to different people, everyone I dealt with before finally getting it figured out were also patient and friendly."
