"On Wednesday, my first intoxalock install resulted in a broken intoxalock. On Thursday, the overnight shipment of the replacement never showed up at the shop. On Friday, the "overnight" shipment still has not showed up. I called Smart Start, who unlike intoxalock, allows their shops to have a spare sitting around. My 30-day permit expires tomorrow, and intoxalock would have left me stranded with a truck I needed to have towed in when they finally got around to sending one that might work. The local intoxalock agent does not answer or return calls, and has no idea about my problem or that I have switched to Smart Start. The lease payments will be a little higher, but it will be worth it for a dependable company."

"Miss green was very polite and kind hearted she helped me with my issues and made me feel better about my self and my problems. If I was her manager I'd give her a lil raise.
