"Susan answered the phone immediately and gave me her name and told me she would be my program advisor. She was kind and respectful and not judgmental. She gave me all the information clearly and repeated it when I didn’t understand it or wanted to clarify it. She offered me options and coupons and information on how to obtain coupons and my first month off my rental of the equipment. She gave me clear.information about installation in Colorado and at the corporate office so that I had choices. She also explained to me the difference between SR 22 and SR 22 insurance and my own auto insurance so that I understood I need all three. She explained to me the coverage of their own SR 22 insurance versus others. Susan also explained to me the documents I would need and get and sent the ones I need to sign by email. Susan let me know that Smart start with send my required document to the DMV.She assured me that if I needed to clarify any more information or change my initial installation appointment that I could call back. I felt very calm and reassured at the end of the call. "
